-- Efficient and effective allocation of limited resources are the foundational tenets of student outcomes. Whether it is products, programs, strategies, or personnel, savvy administrators know it is important to understand the relationship between resource allocation and student outcomes. Three MS Delta districts understand this fact and are taking charge of the situation.
Faced with unprecedented challenges over the past year, Yazoo County, West Tallahatchie, and Hollandale school districts are implementing a new process to maximize student outcomes. All three selected Glimpse K12 to help them strategically align their resource allocations and strategies to better understand their impact on student achievement.
“We’ve always taken resource allocation seriously at Yazoo County School District. We are very excited about Glimpse’s platform which will help us streamline our processes, save time, and create robust return on investment reports that would take us hours and hours to generate,” said Dr. Ken Barron, Superintendent.
Glimpse K12’s platform captures spending and strategically aligns spending with district defined goals and outcomes. Education Return on Investment (eROI) reports inform administrators about which resources are generating the highest educational outcomes and alert them to resources that are either under utilized or ineffective. “We are so pleased to partner with these three districts. It’s more important than ever, given what our schools have been through, to ensure every resource allocated benefits each and every student. Glimpse illuminates this for administrators so they can ensure each dollar spent has maximum impact,” said Nicole Pezent, Glimpse K12.
With the increased focus on tracking and managing educational funding across the state and nation, school districts are looking to Glimpse to help manage the return on investment process. For more information, visit  http://glimpsek12.com
